【摘要】:EN50399specifiestheapparatusandmethodsoftestfortheassessmentofverticalflamespread,heatrelease,smokeproductionandoccurrenceofflamingdroplets/particlesofvertically-mountedbunchedwiresorcables,electricaloroptical,underdefinedconditions.NOTEForthepurposeofthisstandardtheterm"electricwireorcable"coversallinsulatedmetallicconductorcablesusedfortheconveyanceofenergyorsignals.EN50399detailstheapparatusandthearrangementandcalibrationoftheinstrumentationtobeinstalledinordertomeasuretheheatreleaseandthesmokeproductionduringthetest.Thecombustiongasesarecollectedinahoodabovethetestchamberandconveyedthroughanexhaustsystem,whichallowsthemeasurementofheatreleaserateandsmokeproduction.TestprocedurestobeusedfortypeapprovaltestingforclassificationofcablesinEuroclassesB1ca,B2ca,CcaandDcaaregiven.CableinstallationonthetestladderandthevolumeofairpassingthroughthechamberareinaccordancewiththeCommissionDecision2006/751/EC[2]whichisreflectedintherequirementsofthisstandard.TheapparatusdescribedinthisstandardshallbeusedinconjunctionwiththatdescribedinEN60332-3-10.
