【摘要】:Thistestmethodenablesdynamicthermalresponsecomparisonsbetweendirectthermalpapers.Thistestmethodmakescomparisonsbetweenandwithinthermalpaperproductionlotsfromthesamemanufacturer.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthethermalresponseofdirectthermalpaperstodetermineuniformitywithinandbetweenlots.Thistestmethodmayalsobeusedtotestdirectthermalproductsotherthanpaper.1.2TheHobart18VPThermalLabelPrinterdescribedinthistestmethodmaybeusedforspecificationacceptance,productdevelopmentorresearchapplications,orboth,andmanufacturingcontrol.1.3Althoughaspecificmanufacturerhasbeenidentifiedforthisequipment,anythermallabelprinterwithequivalentsignaloutputcapabilitiesandsamplesizerequirementswouldbesuitable.1.4Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.TheSIunitsgiveninparentheses,areforinformationonly.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblems,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Note-Warning-Thistestmethodrequiresmakingpoweradjustmentsandtriggerprintingwhiletheprotectivecoverisoff,therebyexposingtheusertoelectricalhazards.
